Exploring the World Together: Our Family’s Journey to Starting a Travel Blog

Traveling is a beautiful way to create lifelong memories, broaden perspectives, and connect with different cultures. Travel has always been an integral part of our lives for our family of four, consisting of two doctors in our 40s and two amazing children. Since the early days of our marriage, we have been exploring our local surroundings in the Philippines and venturing internationally. Having experienced the joys of travel, we have decided to start a travel blog to document our adventures, connect with friends and family, inspire others to travel and share valuable tips and advice. Join us as we embark on this exciting journey of capturing travel memories, sharing stories and photos, and providing helpful content to fellow wanderlust souls.

The Tradition Continues

The travel bug bit us early on, and it became a tradition for our family to embark on at least one international trip each year. Our eldest son, now 14 years old, has already explored a remarkable 20 countries, including the United States, Asia-Pacific destinations, and various European cities. However, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted our travel plans, preventing us from going abroad for three long years (2020-2022). Determined to continue our tradition, we discovered the beauty of our own country during this time, exploring different provinces and local tourist destinations. These trips allowed us to create lasting memories and instill a love for travel in our younger child, our "miracle baby" born in 2020.

Setting New Horizons

Now, as a family of four, we are thrilled to resume our international travel adventures. Recently, we embarked on an exciting journey to Australia, Italy, and Switzerland. While leaving our youngest behind for the longer Europe trip, our aim remains to capture every moment, create inspiring content, and share it all through our travel blog. This platform will serve as a means to document our travel memories, connect with friends and family worldwide, and inspire others to embark on unforgettable journeys.

Aiming for Quality Content

Throughout our years of travel, we realized that we had not diligently documented our experiences beyond a few social media posts on Facebook and Instagram. Hence, the birth of our travel blog. We are committed to providing quality content that covers various aspects of travel, including trip planning, visa requirements and applications, transportation tips, airline reviews, must-visit attractions, and more. Our blog will be a one-stop resource for fellow family travelers seeking valuable information and recommendations to help make their own adventures remarkable.
