Despite only having a short notice of four hours, Fortune Restaurant pulled out all the stops, offering a tantalizing menu that left everyone spoiled for choice. From the mouthwatering Hot Prawn Salad to the fragrant Salted Fish Fried Rice and the succulent Lemon Chicken, each dish provided a burst of flavors that delighted the senses. The culinary masterpieces, including Beef with Broccoli, Pancit Canton, and Fish with a special sauce, showcased the expertise of the skilled chefs. 

The Interlude: A Culinary Paradise at Café Ilang-Ilang

On Maan's actual birthday, the celebration continued at Cafe Ilang-Ilang, an esteemed restaurant in the charming Manila Hotel. This time, it was an intimate gathering of the Garcie-Faraon family, who added warmth and joy to the already magical occasion. Choosing Cafe Ilang-Ilang, renowned for its diverse selection of delectable dishes, was a testament to Maan's impeccable taste.
